We started off as a small Hot Tub Rental business operating out of a garage in 2011 and soon after started buying used tubs and fixing them for resale. What we did not know at the time is how hard it is to get anything hot tub related locally!. We saw an opportunity and rented a small 500 sq ft space in Winkler and started a retail store by appointment only. It started off slow but we started growing at a steady pace and being in retail now gave us an opportunity to have new Hot Tubs on display. We started off with Coast Spas than Dimension One spas and Cal Spas but Proper insulation was always the biggest issue and with our biggest competitor “Arctic Spas” dominating the area it was a tough sell but we still managed to grow at a good pace year over year. Then in January of 2018 came our biggest break. The owners of Arctic Spas wanted to retire and saw us as a good fit to take over the brand they had built such a good reputation for. It took till July of 2018 to finish the deal but here we are, now selling the brand we had worked so hard to compete against all those years. And we have to admit they are one of a kind, truly built for our climate from every aspect.
